The list below contains all of the study aids I recommend for each course. If this is your first year of law school, I would recommend reading the list specifically for 1Ls. After your first year, you probably know better than I do which types of study aids work best for you, but I have two general pieces of advice. First, I think it is wise to always cover the material for each course in at least one additional way beyond reading the cases. Second, if your exam is going to have multiple choice questions, make sure you get the multiple choice question supplement if there is one, but even when the exam isn't multiple choice, I personally found the questions & answers series particularly useful. It is a good way to fill in free 30 minute blocks here and there and it isn't as intellectually demanding as some of the other approaches, but they do a good job of helping you get the material clear in your head.

In addition to the study aids below, you should, of course, do a boatload of practice exams. I have a list of a bunch of them here, or you can pick the particular course from the dropdown above or by clicking on the course title below for everything I have relating to each course.
